Kota kinabalu: The new Sabah Cabinet formed following the 17th state election on Saturday has continued the practice of appointing three Deputy Chief Ministers. Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor was sworn in early Sunday morning, while the remaining 10 Cabinet members took their oaths of office this afternoon at Istana Seri Kinabalu before the Yang Dipertua Negeri Tun Musa Aman.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the full list of Sabah Cabinet Ministers includes Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor as the Chief Minister and three Deputy Chief Ministers. Datuk Dr Joachim Gunsalam has been appointed as Deputy Chief Minister I overseeing Works and Utilities, Datuk Masidi Manjun as Deputy Chief Minister II in charge of Finance, and Datuk Ewon Benedick as Deputy Chief Minister III responsible for Industry, Entrepreneurship, and Transport.
The Cabinet also comprises Datuk Dr Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif as Minister of Local Government and Housing, Datuk Jamawi Jaafar as Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Industry, and Dat
uk Rubin Balang as Minister of Rural Development. Additionally, Datuk James Ratib has been appointed as Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, while Datuk Jafry Ariffin takes on the role of Minister of Tourism, Culture and Environment.
Datuk Julita Mojungki will serve as Minister of Women, Health and Community Well-being, and Datuk Nizam Titingan is appointed as Minister of Youth Development, Sports Advancement and Creative Economy.
