Kuala lumpur: National para swimmer Ethan Khoo Yin Jun finished fourth in the men's 200 metre (m) freestyle S14 final at the 2026 Commonwealth Games today. Ethan clocked 2 minutes 05.25 seconds in the finals, which was won by England's William Ellard with a new Games record time of 1:51.66s.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Australia's Jack Ireland took the silver medal with a time of 1:55.22s, while Rhys Darbey of Wales secured the bronze with a time of 1:56.24s. Another swimmer from Wales, Dylan Broom, faced disqualification during the event.

Ethan had earlier clocked 2:05.11s in the heats, showing consistent performance throughout the competition.
