Girl Injured in Hit-and-Run at Jalan Susur Larkin Perdana 2.

JOHOR BAHRU: A little girl was injured in a hit-and-run when she was crossing the road at Jalan Susur Larkin Perdana 2 here on Tuesday. Johor Bahru South district police chief ACP Raub Selamat reported that the six-year-old was crossing the road with her uncle when the incident happened at 8 pm.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the girl suffered injuries to her right shoulder blade and facial injuries and is receiving treatment at Sultanah Aminah Hospital. Raub mentioned in a statement that the type of car involved in the accident could not be identified, and the driver is suspected of fleeing the scene after the incident.

The police chief stated that a video of the incident had gone viral on social media. He has appealed to witnesses to come forward and contact the Johor Bahru Selatan traffic station or reach out to the investigating officer, Insp Wan Nuralia Asyikin Wan Ibrahim, at 018-9614064.
