Klang: Gamuda GM Klang Sdn Bhd today unveiled its residential project Ambang Residensi, a freehold serviced apartment located at Bandar Botanik here, scheduled for completion in 2028. Gamuda GM Klang Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Lim Seng Kok said the two-block serviced apartment comprises 618 units, with 93 units designated as ‘Rumah Mampu Milik’, 32 units of shop lots, seven levels of car park, as well as equipped with common amenities and recreational facilities.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Lim highlighted that Ambang Residensi aims to create a community that is livable, workable, and investable, responding to the growing demand for smart, sustainable, and well-connected living in Klang’s southern corridor. Lim stated that Ambang Residensi, which will be built on a 1.7-hectare site, rests on solid investment value, including connectivity, innovative design, and future-proof investment. Located about 200 meters from the Bandar Bukit Tinggi LRT3 station and the West Coast Expressway, it promises seamless connectivity to Kuala Lumpur, enhancing both mobility and property value.
He also introduced Klang’s first Dual-Key and Tri-Key apartment concepts within the project, which offer flexible layouts allowing owners to maintain privacy while renting part of the unit, or to create multi-generational homes that balance independence and togetherness. Ambang Residensi is priced below GM Remia Residence, creating a significant price gap and offering attractive potential for capital appreciation and rental yield. The project aligns with strong rental demand in Bandar Botanik and easing financing costs, presenting a compelling investment case.
Regarding ‘Rumah Mampu Milik’, Lim mentioned it will be priced at RM270,000, with buyers able to apply for the 550 square feet unit through Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS). Ambang Residensi offers two to four-bedroom units starting at RM375,000 and includes multi-level security services, making it a suitable choice for couples, young families, upgraders, and multi-generational families.
