Kuala lumpur: Former Football Association of Selangor (FAS) secretary-general Rosman Mohd Ibrahim passed away at the Shah Alam Hospital today at the age of 63.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) announced the news, stating that Rosman took his last breath at 5.36 pm. The association expressed its condolences to his family and prayed for his forgiveness and eternal peace.
Funeral arrangements have been made for tomorrow. The prayers will take place at a surau in Section 13, Shah Alam, followed by the burial at the Section 21 Muslim Cemetery.
Rosman served as the secretary-general of FAS from 2013 to 2018. In August 2023, he was appointed assistant secretary-general of FAM and had been part of the FAM Futsal Committee. His most recent position was as the manager of FAM's Infrastructure and Facilities Management Unit.
