Kuala Lumpur: FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives trended higher in early trade today. At 9.50 am, March 2025, April 2025, and June 2025 contracts were 2.0 points lower at 1,518.0, 1,521.0, and 1,523.5, respectively, while September 2025 fell 4.0 points to 1,508.0.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the turnover stood at 1,905 lots, with open interest at 38,872 contracts. The FBM KLCI dropped 8.16 points to 1,519.65 from Monday’s close of 1,527.81 after 58 minutes of trading.
Bursa Malaysia and its subsidiaries were closed yesterday due to the Nuzul Al-Quran public holiday.
