Kuala Lumpur: The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower today in line with the cash market.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the April 2025 futures contract fell 10.5 points to 1,464.5, while the May 2025 contract slid 10.0 points to 1,462.5. The June 2025 contract slipped 11.0 points to 1,458.5, and the September 2025 contract dropped 11.5 points to 1,443.5.
Turnover for the day increased to 8,608 lots from 7,437 lots previously, and open interest advanced to 47,068 contracts compared to 44,387 contracts. At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI declined 9.51 points to 1,476.92 from Tuesday’s close of 1,486.43.
