FBM KLCI Futures Close Marginally Higher Amid Mixed Cash Market

Kuala Lumpur: The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed marginally higher today, amid a mixed performance in the underlying cash market.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, at the close, June 2025 increased two points to 1,510.0, July 2025 added 2.5 points to 1,507.50, September 2025 rose three points to 1,490.0, and December 2025 gained one point to 1,494.0.

Turnover declined to 4,410 lots from 5,528 lots on Tuesday, while open interest reduced to 39,977 contracts from 40,910 yesterday.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI settled 0.31 of a point higher at 1,511.95 from Tuesday’s close of 1,511.64.
