Fahmi Fadzil Visits Hospitalized Performer After National Day Event Collapse

Putrajaya: Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil today visited Nur Rossuzieyana Safiyya Rosidi, who is currently receiving treatment in the High Dependency Ward of Putrajaya Hospital. Nur Rossuzieyana Safiyya, a performer in the human graphics display, collapsed during the National Day celebration held on Monday.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Fahmi, who serves as the chairman of the 2026 National Day and Malaysia Day Celebrations (HKHM) Main Committee, shared updates on Nur Rossuzieyana Safiyya's condition via a Facebook post, stating that she is stable. He urged the public to offer their prayers for her swift and complete recovery, emphasizing the importance of community support during this challenging time.

Fahmi also expressed his hopes for strength and perseverance for Nur Rossuzieyana Safiyya's family as they navigate this trial. The human graphics display, which was part of the 69th National Day Celebration, showcased 26 formations that integrated creative movements, rhythm, culture, and the diversity of Malaysian society into a cohesive visual narrative.

The performance was a collaborative effort involving 1,500 students from 36 schools across Selangor, highlighting the collective spirit and artistic talents of the young participants.
