Expereo’s involvement marks a significant step in the digital transformation journey of Kingspan Light, Air + Water by simplifying network management and enhancing security across its global operations.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Expereo Chief Executive Officer Ben Elms stated that the company aims to support Kingspan Light, Air + Water’s digital transformation by mitigating network complexity, bolstering resilience, and ensuring secure scaling and innovation. Kingspan Light, Air + Water, known for its solutions in smoke control, fire safety, daylighting, ventilation, cooling, sustainable water management, and safe storage, had expanded rapidly through acquisitions. This expansion resulted in a fragmented network with multiple contracts, vendors, and compliance demands spread over 100 locations in 22 countries.
The resulting fragmentation led to various issues, including complexity, limited visibility into network health, overlooked contract renewals, undocumented changes, and challenges in troubleshooting. Expereo was chosen for its capability to design, implement, transition, and support a unified, standardized network under one comprehensive agreement. The proposed solution integrates broadband, Dedicated Internet Access, and Low Earth Orbit satellite services, ensuring robust business continuity.
Central to the solution is Expereo’s NaaS platform, xpereoOne, providing Kingspan Light, Air + Water with a consolidated view of its entire network. This platform empowers the information technology team to monitor network performance, track delivery timelines, manage trouble tickets, deactivate services digitally, and simplify ordering and invoicing, thereby offering complete transparency and streamlined management across all sites.
