EHH Food Industry Unveils New Logo and Product at Mydin USJ Event

Port klang: EHH Food Industry Sdn Bhd has embarked on a new phase in the national food industry with the launch of its new corporate logo and a refreshed logo for its flagship brand, Cap Kunci, as part of its strategy to strengthen its position in both domestic and international food markets.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the event, themed ‘Cap Kunci Bersama Keluarga MADANI @ Mydin USJ’, held at Mydin Subang Jaya USJ from Sept 29 until tomorrow, also featured the launch of its latest product, Suhun Segar (Fresh Glass Noodle). The Cap Kunci brand campaign, Bringing Malaysians Together Through Food, aims to celebrate the spirit of togetherness among Malaysians united by shared meals. EHH Food Industry believes that food is not only a source of nourishment but also a symbol of unity that strengthens bonds across different backgrounds, cultures, and generations.

Its management representative and corporate communications executive, Nismawaty Nurdin, stated that the launch reflects the company’s ongoing commi
tment to producing high-quality food that is halal, healthy, safe, affordable, and accessible to all. The initiative highlights the spirit of unity through the brand campaign and aligns with their tagline, ‘Sentiasa Segar, Sentiasa Sedap’ (Always Fresh, Always Delicious), emphasizing food as a symbol of unity among Malaysia’s diverse communities.

In conjunction with the launch, the company also carried out a corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, ‘Kotak SARA Rahmah’ (Daripada Rakyat, Untuk Rakyat), in collaboration with halal wholesaler and retailer Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd (Mydin). A total of 20 boxes, each worth RM100, were donated to asnaf families through the voluntary initiative of 20 EHH Food Industry staff members, who purchased and contributed the boxes at Mydin USJ using their own identification cards. This initiative reflects the company’s support for Mydin’s efforts to assist the underprivileged, aligning with the government’s one-off aid programme to ease the burden on the people.

Po
rt Klang assemblyman Azmizam Zaman Huri, who launched the event, said the company’s initiative aligns with the state government’s efforts to strengthen the halal economy and promote local products. Events such as this provide opportunities for Malaysian brands to grow while connecting small vendors and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with major platforms such as Mydin. Cap Kunci products set a strong example by upholding high standards and complying with the Food Act. He added that the company’s new product launch demonstrates that local brands can compete with international products while encouraging a culture of innovation in the food sector.

At the same event, 10 loyal SME partners received special recognition for their support of Cap Kunci products, while the highlight was a community cooking competition. The winner, Syarifah Norsyuhadah Syed Mohamed Rashid, 39, said she never expected her fried Vietnamese spring roll recipe to impress the judges, adding that she hopes more such competitions will be
held in future.

Meanwhile, EHH Food Industry will also introduce its new Suhun Segar in 200g and 500g packs at the Selangor International Food and Beverage Expo (SIE) 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) on Oct 9, which will focus on the business-to-business (B2B) segment.
