According to BERNAMA News Agency, the upgrade aims to enhance operational efficiency and financial management at PURE Insurance, offering members a more seamless billing experience. Duck Creek Technologies’ Chief Operating Officer, Chris McCloskey, expressed pride in supporting PURE’s efforts to modernize its billing processes and improve service delivery through the upgraded system.
