Dr Zaliha To Highlight C.H.A.S.E. City Vision On Global Stage

Milan: Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Datuk Seri Dr Zaliha Mustafa will highlight the C.H.A.S.E City vision as the pillar of urban reform in the Federal Territories on the global stage. In a Facebook post today, Dr Zaliha announced her presence in Italy, where she is fulfilling an invitation from the World Economic Forum through the Davos Baukultur Alliance.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Dr Zaliha is in Milan to engage in the Innovation Strategic Dialogue and plans to visit several iconic locations, including Bosco Verticale and the Navigli District. Following her stay in Milan, she will travel to Venice for the 19th International Venice Biennale. There, she is set to deliver the opening address and participate as a panellist in the Collective Baukultur Public Panel, where she will emphasize the C.H.A.S.E City vision as pivotal to urban reform in the Federal Territories.

Additionally, Dr Zaliha is scheduled for a meeting with Federal Councillor Baume-Schneider, Head of the Federal Department of Home Affairs, Switzerland. The discussions will focus on issues of mutual concern, particularly in the areas of social dimensions, the impact of climate change, and the preservation of built cultural heritage in urban development.

Earlier this year, Dr Zaliha articulated that the C.H.A.S.E City is her vision to transform all three Federal Territories into Clean, Healthy, Advanced, Safe, and Eco-Friendly cities.
