Seoul: Doosan Fuel Cell has started mass production of fuel cell stacks using technology developed by Ceres Power Holdings plc. The production will take place at Doosan’s dedicated factory in South Korea, with the capability to generate 50MW of electrical power annually.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this development represents a pivotal moment for Ceres, as Doosan is the first of its strategic licensing partners to launch mass production using its solid oxide technology. The fuel cells, stacks, and power systems produced by Doosan Fuel Cell will initially target the South Korean market.
