Domino’s Pizza Malaysia Expands Franchise Opportunities Across the Nation

Kuala lumpur: Domino's Pizza Malaysia is opening its doors to new franchise opportunities nationwide as part of its ongoing expansion, inviting aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners to grow with one of the world's most recognisable pizza brands. Region chief executive officer (CEO) of Domino's Pizza Malaysia, Singapore, and Cambodia, Ringo Joannes, highlighted Malaysia as a key growth market for the brand.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Ringo Joannes, emphasized the importance of strong partnerships, disciplined execution, and a customer-centric approach in driving the brand's success in Malaysia. He stated that the company seeks franchise partners who are entrepreneurial, values-driven, and committed to long-term growth with Domino's.

Joannes noted the pride in seeing team members evolve into business owners, transforming into confident entrepreneurs who lead and own their Domino's stores. He further explained that Domino's equips its franchisees with a proven business model, comprehensive training, and continuous support in operations, technology, and marketing to help them build strong teams and deliver quality food.

Shamsul Amree Abdul Rahman, Domino's Malaysia's first franchise partner and former CEO, described franchising with Domino's as a long-term legacy rather than just a business opportunity. He praised the strength of Domino's business model, operations, and support system for enabling long-term success and allowing people to build something meaningful over time.

Rimash Arumugam, a Domino's franchise partner and former general manager for East Malaysia operations, shared his confidence in the brand's proven system, disciplined operations, and technology-driven model. He expressed excitement about continuing to build success in Sabah as a franchise owner.

Through its franchise programme, Domino's offers end-to-end training, ongoing operational guidance, access to centralised support teams, and a strong marketing and digital ecosystem to support franchise partners nationwide. Domino's Pizza Malaysia operates more than 270 stores across the country, positioning itself as a digitally driven quick-service restaurant brand with a focus on quality, innovation, and customer experience.
