Tobu Tower Skytree Co Ltd: The operator of Tokyo Skytree has launched “Detective Conan x Tokyo Skytree The Dazzling Skytree”, marking its first collaborative event with the renowned anime series “Detective Conan”, which will run until July 14.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the 450-metre-high Tembo Galleria is hosting an exhibition featuring the event’s key visuals. Attendees can purchase limited-edition goods exclusively available at the event and enjoy special cafe menu items offered on this floor.
In addition, a photo shoot service is available for visitors wishing to capture moments with their favorite “Detective Conan” characters, as stated in a statement. Meanwhile, the 350-metre-high Tembo Deck features exclusive videos screened on the windows, transformed into a giant screen of the Skytree Round Theater. The tower’s exterior will showcase special “Detective Conan”-themed lighting inspired by various characters from the anime series.
Furthermore, Tokyo Skytree’s official character, Sorakara-chan, dressed as Detective Conan, offers four daily meet-and-greet sessions for visitors to pose for snapshots. Guests can also purchase special entry tickets that include a novelty card featuring the beloved anime.
The 634-metre-high Tokyo Skytree stands as the world’s tallest free-standing broadcasting tower, boasting two observation decks, the Tembo Deck and the Tembo Galleria, offering panoramic views of Tokyo.
At night, the tower illuminates in three distinct lighting styles, including pale blue, Edo purple, and a tangerine hue, with special lighting displayed during seasonal and other events.
