According to BERNAMA News Agency, the lease, executed on Nov. 6, 2025, establishes Datavault’s permanent corporate headquarters in Philadelphia and replaces prior temporary office space. The agreement includes a base monthly rent of approximately $48,000 dollars with modest annual increases. It provides a strategic foundation for the company’s continued expansion across artificial intelligence, data tokenization, and digital credentialing technologies.
