Beijing: Dark Horse Consulting Group ('DHCG'), a strategic and operational biotherapeutics consulting leader, and Altruist Biologics, a subsidiary of Innovent Biologics specializing in biologics development and manufacturing, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to advance biologic therapies' development and commercialization globally.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this collaboration combines DHCG's comprehensive consulting expertise in regulatory, nonclinical, clinical, quality, and business analytics with Altruist Biologics' manufacturing infrastructure in China. The partnership aims to provide a streamlined approach to client companies for clinical and commercial-scale biologics manufacturing, taking advantage of China's biomanufacturing capabilities.

The agreement highlights the integration of DHCG's consulting services with Altruist Biologics' manufacturing processes, including cell line and process development, drug manufacturing, and bioconjugation services. This partnership is poised to offer a cost-effective solution for programs targeting China's biomanufacturing infrastructure to enhance global biologics manufacturing.
