According to BERNAMA News Agency, Perak police chief Datuk Noor Hisam Nordin shared these details during a handover ceremony at the district police headquarters. The event marked Supt Abdul Malik Hasim’s appointment as the new Tapah police chief, replacing Johari Yahaya, who will be moving to the Nilai district police headquarters.

Yesterday, Taiping police chief ACP Mohamad Nasir Ismail mentioned that the crash was reported to police at 10.30 am last Sunday through the NG MERS 999 system.
