Kuala Lumpur: The Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) issued 63 summonses for various traffic violations during ‘Op Halangan’ around the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) area, which began at 10 pm last night. JSPT chief ACP Mohd Zamzuri Mohd Isa stated that the operation, which concluded at 1 am today, concentrated on roads surrounding Jalan Pinang, Jalan P. Ramlee, Jalan Ampang, and Jalan Yap Kwan Seng.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the purpose of this operation was to address vehicles causing obstructions and those illegally parked in areas that disrupt traffic flow. Summonses were issued to vehicles found violating traffic rules. ACP Mohd Zamzuri Mohd Isa emphasized the importance of avoiding parking on road shoulders and discouraged taking photos inside vehicles as such actions could obstruct the movement of other vehicles.
