Central Spectrum Unveils New Phase of Pulau Indah Development

Port klang: Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd (CSSB) has launched a new phase of development in Pulau Indah, Port Klang, marked by the handover of designated sites for government agencies, at the Central Spectrum Sales Gallery, today. Selangor State Secretary Datuk Dr Ahmad Fadzli Ahmad Tajuddin, who is also the chairman of the CSSB board of directors, officiated the ceremony, which was attended by representatives from government agencies, local authorities, and strategic partners.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Ahmad Fadzli stated that the handover demonstrates CSSB’s commitment to enhancing public facilities and supporting holistic development in Pulau Indah. He explained that the area would accommodate key public facilities, including local authority offices, a police station, a fire station, government health clinics, and a public library, forming a more organised and comprehensive social infrastructure to support the well-being of the local community.

Ahmad Fadzli mentioned, ‘This handover reflects CSSB’s commitment to developing Pulau Indah in a sustainable, well-planned, and community-focused manner. We highly appreciate the strong cooperation from the Selangor state government and all implementing agencies in realising this development agenda,’ in a statement issued by CSSB, today.

At the same event, CSSB also unveiled the exclusive preview of the Aluna Residences housing project. CSSB chief operating officer Amran Abdul Wahab said the modern development, comprising 166 residential units in Laguna Park, will feature practical layout designs, contemporary architecture, and a serene, harmonious living environment.

Amran Abdul Wahab added, ‘The launch of Aluna Residences reinforces our commitment to delivering quality housing options, while supporting the long-term growth of Pulau Indah. This exclusive preview offers a clearer insight into CSSB’s vision of creating a harmonious and high-quality residential environment,’ he said in the same statement.

He also expressed CSSB’s appreciation to the Selangor government, the Royal Klang City Council (MBDK), and all relevant agencies for their continued support in advancing the development of Pulau Indah.
