Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia’s debut in the 2025 Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) Nations Cup, set to be held in Uzbekistan from August 26 to September 9, offers a significant opportunity to assess the national team’s development, according to Harimau Malaya’s head coach, Peter Cklamovski. The tournament will feature eight teams, including World Cup qualifiers Iran and Uzbekistan, providing a challenging environment for Malaysia’s squad.
