Bursa malaysia: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd will suspend trading of Pertama Digital Bhd’s securities effective Nov 14, 2025, after the company failed to submit its proposed regularisation plan within the stipulated timeframe.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, in a filing today, the exchange stated that the suspension aligns with Paragraph 8.03A(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements and a letter from Bursa Securities dated May 28, 2025. The suspension will persist until further notice, pending Pertama’s compliance with the relevant listing requirements.
