Accra:BrainChip Holdings Ltd. announced the release of BrainChip Sequora Core IP, a processor IP core designed to run generative AI, including large language models, on battery-powered edge devices.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this development represents the next step in BrainChip's edge AI roadmap and builds on the existing Akida platform. The Sequora Core IP's state-space design ensures fixed memory usage regardless of the data stream's length, allowing scalability from a few million to 3 billion parameters. This enables devices to not only recognize signals but also understand, explain, and respond to them, maintaining the low power consumption BrainChip's customers expect.
