BOTTLESS Showcases Refillable Airless Packaging System At Echelon Singapore 2026

Kangar: BOTTLESS will showcase its refillable airless packaging system at Echelon Singapore 2026 on June 3 and 4, highlighting its push to scale sustainable packaging solutions across the global beauty and personal care industry. The Seoul- and Paris-based sustainable packaging company will exhibit at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre as part of the Shinhan S²BRIDGE delegation.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, 'Southeast Asia is one of the fastest-growing beauty and personal care markets, and it is also on the frontline of the global plastic challenge. 'Echelon Singapore is the right place to meet the brands, investors and partners who want to make refilling the default - not the exception,' said BOTTLESS founder and chief executive officer, Chiwon Yi in a statement.

At the centre of its showcase is Airless Pak Mono, a patented refillable airless packaging system designed for skincare and cosmetic applications, featuring a mono-material structure intended to simplify recycling and reduce plastic use. The system pairs a reusable dispenser with an ultra-light refill pouch, replacing a 112-gramme conventional container with an 8.8-gramme refill, representing about a 90 per cent reduction in plastic per cycle.

Each dispenser is designed for more than 20 refills, supporting circular economy targets and alignment with the European Union (EU) Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation. The technology is protected by five patents, including a granted United States (US) patent, and was selected as a 2025 Sustainability Awards finalist by Packaging Europe. BOTTLESS also won the 2025 Prime Time Pitch Challenge and is a member of the Solar Impulse Foundation's World Alliance of clean-tech solutions.

The company said it is expanding pilots of Airless Pak Mono across Europe and Asia following commercial launches with French and Korean cosmetic brands in 2025, and will hold partnership discussions with regional beauty brands, contract manufacturers and retail groups during the event.
