BOAO: The third Boao International Conference on Real World Studies of Medical Products was successfully held in Boao, Hainan Province, China, from November 23 to 24. The significant event saw participation from over 800 delegates, encompassing representatives from international organizations, regulatory agencies, leading medical institutions, top research institutes and universities, as well as multinational pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the conference underscored the growing importance of real-world studies in the assessment and approval processes for drugs and medical devices. These studies, which utilize real-world data, have gained substantial attention from regulatory bodies across the globe.
