Bitget Strengthens Regional Presence at Malaysia Blockchain Week 2025

Kuala lumpur: Bitget, the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company, participated in Malaysia Blockchain Week 2025 to strengthen its ties with Southeast Asia’s fast-growing digital economy. The event, hosted at Kuala Lumpur’s World Trade Centre, attracted over 3,300 attendees from 20 countries and received support from Malaysian agencies such as MDEC, the Ministry of Digital, and Tourism Malaysia.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Bitget CEO Gracy Chen delivered a keynote address titled “Two Strategies to Thrive in a Volatile Market.” During her speech, she highlighted Bitget’s commitment to real-world utility through initiatives like its $300 million User Protection Fund and innovative tools such as GetAgent, an AI trading assistant, and xStocks for tokenized equities. Chen also noted that her visit to the Malaysia Blockchain Week in 2024 marked a pivotal moment for the company. This year, she introduced PayFi, Bitget’s initiative aimed at simplifying cross-border crypto payments in emerging markets.
