KUALA LUMPUR: Binastra Corporation Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured an RM327.74 million construction contract from Exsim Bukit Jalil City Sdn Bhd.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Binastra revealed in a stock exchange filing that the contract involves the development of two 58-storey serviced apartment blocks located in Mukim Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. The construction work is scheduled to commence on December 9, 2024, with an expected completion timeline of 42 months from the start date.

The company noted that this contract is anticipated to generate an additional income stream over the next five financial years, enhancing Binastra’s financial outlook.
