Kuala lumpur: Binastra Corporation Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM503 million contract from Exsim Sri Permai Sdn Bhd for a proposed data centre development in Jalan Sri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the property company announced in a Bursa Malaysia filing that the contract covers the design, construction, completion, testing, and commissioning, as well as maintenance and guarantee on a turnkey basis for the foundation, sub-structure, main building, and infrastructure works for the proposed development.

The contract is set to commence on February 19, 2026, and is expected to be completed within 20 months. It is anticipated to provide an additional income stream for the group over the next two financial years.
