RTM netball team captain Aireen Rosli expressed that winning the championship was significant as it was their debut participation in the carnival. She mentioned that the sports carnival offered a chance for media members to engage in sports while fostering ties and interactions with colleagues from different agencies.

Media Perak football team manager Razif Rosli highlighted that after finishing second last year, his team returned with the mission to be champions, a goal they achieved. He also noted that the carnival helped strengthen bonds among members, adding that he is a freelance journalist with Bernama's Perak Bureau.

The programme, organised by Bernama in conjunction with HAWANA 2025, commenced with a bowling competition on Dec 14 at Wangsa Bowl, One Utama, followed by the football and netball events today. Traditional games are set to continue tomorrow at the same venue.
