Kuala lumpur: Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd has announced the appointment of Siti Nur Huda Sufian as the new group chief financial officer (CFO), effective August 1, 2025. She takes over the role from Azizan Abd Aziz.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Siti Nur Huda joined Bank Islam in 2022 and has significantly contributed to strategic initiatives across group institutional banking and group finance. Her previous position was the group chief financial controller of the bank, showcasing her capability and leadership within the organization.
Siti Nur Huda brings nearly two decades of experience in audit and assurance, corporate strategy, finance, and banking. She commenced her professional journey with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and later assumed key leadership roles at Maybank Islamic and Maybank Group Global Banking. Her qualifications include being a chartered accountant (ICAEW) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She also holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton.
