Kuala lumpur: The Supplementary Electoral Roll for August 2025 (DPT BLN8/2025), verified and gazetted today, is open for review for 30 days until Oct 23, said Election Commission (EC) secretary Datuk Khairul Shahril Idrus. He explained that the roll includes 55,047 citizens who turned 18 and above between August 1 and 31, 2025, and were automatically registered as new voters.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Khairul Shahril further stated that the roll also consists of 13,598 voters who have changed their constituencies and 2,198 voters who have updated their voting status or category. The EC urges citizens aged 18 and above during August 1 to 31, 2025, as well as any registered voter who has applied for a change of constituency, voter status, or category, to verify their names in DPT BLN8/2025.

Voters can verify their information via the MySPR Semak mobile app or the EC hotline at 03-8892 7218. Khairul Shahril mentioned that those not listed in DPT BLN8/2025 could submit a claim by completing Form C, while individuals wishing to object to the inclusion of their names could fill out Form D.
