This calculation is based on the remaining unit holdings as of June 30, 2025. The total dividend for the financial year ending June 30, 2025, stands at 6.0 sen per unit, combining an interim dividend of 3.0 sen per unit with the final dividend, resulting in a total distribution of RM28.76 million.
Abang Johari emphasized the importance of ASSAR reaching out to investors, especially in rural areas, to maintain its relevance and connection with the community. He highlighted the launch of ASSAR’s mobile office as a crucial step in these efforts, enabling more people to access investment information and services without needing to visit the ASSAR office in Kuching.
He expressed hope for continued and expanded initiatives like the mobile office to foster more inclusive, people-friendly, and efficient service delivery, particularly in rural areas. ASSAR, launched on August 25, 1993, aims to provide opportunities for the bumiputera in Sarawak to participate in the country’s economic development through a collective investment scheme in the capital market.
