Las Vegas:Arla Foods Ingredients is set to present three personalized clear protein shake concepts at the upcoming SupplySide Global in Las Vegas from October 28 to 30. These new products aim to cater to consumers with varied sports performance and recovery requirements.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the company announced that these innovative concepts offer an alternative to traditional milk-based protein shakes. They combine whey proteins with functional ingredients designed to support strength, endurance, and mobility.

Peter Schouw Andersen, Senior Director of Performance Nutrition at Arla Foods Ingredients, highlighted the adaptability of clear whey protein isolates in creating products that meet diverse consumer needs and performance objectives.

The BUILD resistance shake merges Lacprodan ISO.RefreshShake whey protein with creatine, targeting strength-focused activities like weightlifting and CrossFit. The SUSTAIN endurance shake incorporates Lacprodan Pro2O with carbohydrates and electrolytes, suitable for endurance activities such as running and cycling. Meanwhile, the MOVE mobility shake blends Lacprodan ISO.WaterShake with collagen, ideal for activities like yoga, Pilates, gymnastics, and dance.

Event attendees will have the opportunity to try additional concepts at Arla's booth, including an aerated milk protein bar, a high-protein water-based shot for consumers with reduced appetite, and a sparkling fruit-flavored protein soda. The protein bar features Nutrilac PB-8420, which enhances aeration and texture stability. The 100-milliliter protein shot offers 21 grams of protein and is both fat-free and sugar-free, with low lactose content. The protein soda delivers a clear, low-viscosity beverage using Lacprodan Pro2O.
