Annum Set for Delisting from Bursa Securities in August 2025

Kuala lumpur: Annum Bhd will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Securities) on August 12, 2025, after its appeal for additional time to present a regularisation plan was denied.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Annum announced in two separate filings with Bursa Malaysia that Bursa Securities had rejected its request for a six-month extension to file the plan, opting instead to proceed with the delisting process. Annum highlighted that the company’s securities are scheduled to be delisted two market days following the issuance of the notice of delisting.

The company noted that once delisted, shareholders would possess shares that will no longer be quoted or traded on Bursa Securities. However, Annum assured that the interests and rights of the shareholders will continue to be protected under the Companies Act 2016.

Annum further stated that despite the delisting, the company intends to continue its operations as an unlisted entity.
