Aminuddin Expresses Satisfaction with Negeri Sembilan Councillors’ Performance

Negeri Sembilan: Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun has expressed satisfaction with the work performance of his executive councillors as they enter their second year of administration following the previous State Election. All ten councillors have reportedly fulfilled their responsibilities effectively, surpassing the stipulated key performance indicators (KPI).

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Aminuddin remarked that while some councillors are new, all have demonstrated an understanding of their responsibilities. He acknowledged minor shortcomings in the first year but noted significant improvements in the second year. Aminuddin emphasized that there are no plans to alter the current executive council lineup, as stability is crucial for effective planning. He stressed the importance of continuous improvement, which is consistently communicated to the councillors.

In addition to evaluating the performance of councillors, Aminuddin announced the upcoming launch of the Palestine Wakaf Fund this Ramadan. The initiative aims to collect RM4 million in public contributions to support the people of Gaza. The state government, in collaboration with the Negeri Sembilan Islamic Religious Council and the Malaysian Consultative Council of Islamic Organisation, is committed to constructing houses for Palestinians in Gaza, as part of their preparation efforts.
