Kuala lumpur: The Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) will take strict, uncompromising action against all 20 of its officers found to be directly involved in immoral activities. Air Force Chief Gen Datuk Seri Muhamad Norazlan Aris emphasized that the RMAF would ensure those responsible are tried and judged according to the provisions of Malaysian Armed Forces law.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, initial investigations have revealed that 20 RMAF officers were directly involved in these immoral activities. Gen Datuk Seri Muhamad Norazlan Aris stated that the RMAF takes any violation of orders, directives, and regulations very seriously, underscoring that such an unhealthy culture is not a practice within the force.
He further explained that the Air Force leadership deeply regrets the incident and assured that appropriate action will also be taken against any personnel who failed to follow orders. The Ministry of Defence had ordered an internal Armed Forces investigation on Monday following viral social media allegations about unauthorized entry and immoral activities at a military camp, which first surfaced the previous day.
