AHB Maintains Income Distribution of Five Sen Per Unit for FY2026

Kuala Lumpur:Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) has announced that it will maintain its income distribution at five sen per unit for the financial year ended September 30, 2026, benefiting over 82,000 unitholders.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB), in collaboration with its fund manager PHB Asset Management Bhd (PHBAM), stated that the final income distribution for the six months ended September 30, 2026, comprises 2.1 sen per unit. Additionally, PHB declared a bonus distribution of 0.4 sen per unit as the fund's sponsor.

The bonus distribution applies to the first 1,000,000 units held by each unitholder. Including an interim income distribution of 2.5 sen per unit declared in April 2026, AHB¾¢s total income distribution for FY2026 amounts to five sen per unit.

PHB revealed that RM120.13 million will be distributed in the final round, bringing the total annual payout to RM236.41 million. Group Managing Director Mazuki Abdullah @ Muhammad highlighted that the full-year income distribution reflects AHB¾¢s resilience and the strength of its property portfolio, supported by PHB¾¢s disciplined asset and investment management approach.

Mazuki emphasized their commitment to delivering competitive returns to unitholders while focusing on strengthening AHB as an investment avenue for bumiputera investors through prudent capital management and strategic growth.

PHBAM CEO Zulkifli Ishak noted that the fund manager is committed to managing AHB responsibly, ensuring it remains an accessible investment option for bumiputera investors.

PHB stated that income distribution will be paid in the form of AHB units, credited directly into unitholders' accounts by October 13, 2026, and automatically reinvested to increase unit holdings and benefit from long-term compounding.

Bumiputera investors can subscribe to AHB at a fixed price of RM1 per unit, with a minimum investment of RM100 and a maximum of RM1 million. Subscriptions are available through branches of authorised distributors, including Malayan Banking Bhd, AmBank Bhd, AmBank Islamic Bhd, Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd, and Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Bhd.
