Kuala lumpur: Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB), along with its fund manager PHB Asset Management Bhd (PHBAM), today declared a final income distribution of 2.10 sen per unit for Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) for the six months ending September 30, 2025.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the company also announced a bonus distribution of 0.40 sen per unit, applicable to the first one million units held by each unitholder. This brings the total income distribution for the period to 2.50 sen per unit. PHB’s group managing director and chief executive officer, Mohamad Damshal Awang Damit, stated that the company aims to maintain a robust and well-balanced real estate portfolio to deliver sustainable returns while managing risk in accordance with strategic asset allocation.
Mohamad Damshal Awang Damit further mentioned that over the next three to five years, PHB plans to expand its presence in high-growth sectors and markets such as Kedah, Johor, Terengganu, Sabah, and Sarawak by employing a disciplined portfolio management approach.
Including the interim income distribution of 2.50 sen per unit declared in April 2025, AHB’s total income distribution for the financial year 2025 amounts to 5.00 sen per unit. In this final round, RM118.7 million will be distributed, bringing the total annual payout to RM235 million, benefitting over 82,000 unitholders.
The income distribution will be paid either in cash or AHB units for unitholders holding less than 10,000 units and will be credited directly to the unitholders’ registered bank accounts or AHB accounts on October 14, 2025.
