Additionally, officers from the Road Transport Department (JPJ) will be on standby at several weighbridges in Gombak, Karak, Temerloh, Maran, and Kuantan.
Further support will come from RELA members, who will be present at Rest and Recreation (R and R) areas and laybys to provide assistance 24 hours a day throughout the holiday period.
In the same statement, AFA PRIME General Manager and Head, Ibrahim Tambi Cik Mohamad, urged all road users to exercise caution and plan their travels carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable festive season. “As more Malaysians travel to celebrate this celebration, our teams will be fully prepared to ensure every journey is safe, smooth, and well-managed,” he stated.
