Aeris and Verizon Business Unite to Enhance Global IoT Connectivity

San francisco: Aeris, a global leader in wireless management platforms, security services, and connected vehicle programs, has announced a new inbound IoT connectivity management relationship with Verizon Business. The collaboration aims to transform how multinational enterprises manage and scale international IoT deployments. By introducing Aeris IoTA Inbound Services, the partnership integrates the IoTA Connectivity Management Platform directly with Verizon's ThingSpace platform, simplifying multi-region operations. This collaboration has already supported U.S.-based enterprises with outbound connectivity for international IoT deployments using Aeris IoTA. Now, it will expand those capabilities to open up the U.S. market for global device fleets.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this collaboration addresses the main challenge for global IoT carriers trying to localize in the United States: the friction caused by fragmented platforms and complex domestic connectivity stacks. By merging Verizon's extensive U.S. network and ThingSpace platform with the Aeris IoTA platform, enterprises can now manage U.S. and global deployments through a single interface. This ensures consistent commercial terms and unified SIM management, streamlining the process for multinational companies.
