Jakarta: National deaf futsal player Muhammad Adib Aiman Nasarudin, 24, was rushed to the Rumah Sakit Pertamina Jaya after hitting his head against the court wall during the final match against Indonesia at the 2025 SEA Deaf Games today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Malaysian Deaf Sports Association (MSDeaf) spokesman Mohamad Nazrul Azwa Zulkipply said the incident occurred when Muhammad Adib Aiman collided with an opposing player. The impact caused him to be thrown backward, leading to a hard hit against the wall, after which he fell unconscious for a short period.

Mohamad Nazrul Azwa Zulkipply reported that Adib is currently in stable condition. However, medical professionals will conduct an X-ray or CT scan to check for potential internal bleeding in his head. He is experiencing some confusion, likely due to trauma or a concussion.
