Consul General Fabio Chinda presided over a wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of the Memorial Day of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn The Great, 23 October 2021. The ceremony was attended by CG’s spouse and officials of the Royal Thai Consulate General.
