Therefore, I wish to convey our moral support and spirited encouragement to the People's Republic of China in dealing with this challenging situation. Thailand has full confidence that your leadership and guidance, together with the resilience of the Chinese people, will enable China to overcome this situation and emerge stronger as a result.
Moreover, Thailand highly appreciates that China has extended its generosity towards the care of Thai nationals in Wuhan and in other affected areas during this challenging time. In this connection, I wish to reaffirm the readiness of the Royal Thai Government to assist China in any way possible to help alleviate the situation.
Accept, Excellency, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration.
